Yes, absolutely. Every shaft sold for pharmaceutical application comes with a full documentation package, including EN 10204 3.1 Material Certificates for all wetted parts, ensuring full traceability from the steel mill to your facility.

Can your shafts handle VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) sterilization?

Yes. Our Pharma-Grade shafts use materials (316L Stainless, PEEK, PTFE) that are chemically inert to VHP. We avoid standard elastomers that might embrittle or degrade under repeated VHP exposure.

What is “Electropolishing” and why do I need it?

Electropolishing is an electrochemical process that removes surface material, smoothing out microscopic peaks and valleys. This reduces the surface area where bacteria can colonize and improves corrosion resistance by enriching the chromium oxide layer. For sterile areas, it is the industry standard.

Are your shafts suitable for ISO Class 5 cleanrooms?
