Vibration at the headlands is usually caused by exceeding the working angle of standard U-joints. When you lift the harvester or turn tight, the angle increases. We strongly recommend upgrading to an EVER-POWER Wide-Angle (CV) Shaft. This CV joint allows for smooth power transmission at angles up to 80 degrees, eliminating the “chatter” that destroys gearbox bearings.

Can I replace just the cross kits on my existing shafts?

Yes, absolutely. We stock universal cross kits that fit most major brands. However, for sugarcane applications, we highly recommend using our “Heavy-Duty” kits with the upgraded Viton seals to prevent premature failure from juice ingress.
