The Dutch Context: “De Alleskunner” (The All-Rounder)

In the Netherlands, space is tight, and efficiency is king. A telehandler is often expected to be a loader in the morning, a sweeper at noon, and a straw blower in the evening. This rapid changing of attachments puts huge stress on the PTO connection.

The “Hydraulic PTO” Factor:

Many telehandlers don’t have a mechanical PTO from the engine; they use a high-flow hydraulic motor to drive a PTO stub. Hydraulic motors have instant torque—zero ramp-up. This “hydraulic hammer” effect can snap standard cross kits.

We use forged, Case-Hardened Yokes そして Oversized Cross Kits on our telehandler shafts to withstand this instant hydraulic torque spike.

アーボセーフティ

Because telehandler attachments are often at eye level or working near the ground crew, safety is paramount.

- Shield Continuity: Our shafts integrate with the implement’s master shield to ensure no rotating parts are visible.

- 拘束チェーン: We provide heavy-duty chains to anchor the guard, critical when the boom is moving and wind/vibration could spin the guard.

Case Study: The Silage Defacer in Overijssel

クライアント： A dairy farm with a 2000-head herd.

チャレンジ： They use a telehandler with a silage defacer (kuilvoersnijder) to maintain a clean clamp face. The defacer requires high RPM to cut the dense grass silage. The operator has to lift the boom high to reach the top of the clamp. The steep angle at the top was causing their standard shaft to vibrate violently, cracking the defacer frame.

エバーパワーソリューション：

- We analyzed the lift geometry. At max height, the shaft angle was 42 degrees. Standard U-joints fail past 25 degrees.

- We used a Star Profile Tube to handle the high torque required to cut the compacted silage.

結果： Vibration was eliminated. The operator could cut the full face of the clamp smoothly. The frame cracks stopped appearing.

互換性とグローバルスタンダード

Whether you have a Manitou, JCB, Merlo, or Claas telehandler and attachments from Emily, Holaras, or Kemp, our shafts connect them.
